Whilst there Phil joined a large DIY store chain and advanced to become Manager. Mark Parker - Partner - Dorchester Mark has worked within the residential housing market for the past 8 years in both Weymouth and Dorchester. Kirsty Rollo - Senior Sales Adviser - Weymouth Kirsty was born in Surrey and moved to Weymouth at 11 years of age where she finished her schooling at Wey Valley. She commenced employment with a local Insurance Broker where she became a successful Motor Insurance Adviser. Her career with Direct Moves started in the administration department. In this, her 4th year with the company, Kirsty has become a successful senior sales adviser where she continues to flourish in the industry. |
Rachel Press - Assistant Branch Manager - Dorchester Rachel joined Direct Moves as an administrator in 1999 and progressed to sales coordinator in the same year. After transferring to the sales team in 2004, Rachel fast became the assistant branch manager of the Dorchester office, and has all round experience in sales, valuing and progressing sales through to successful completion. |
Soraya Jadali- Sabet- Sales Adviser - Weymouth Soraya's working life began with her parents catering businesses and she carried on the trend when she flew the nest, until joining Direct Moves. Here, she put her talent of interacting with the public to good use, her confidence, likeability and desire to help people among her strongest attributes, her singing voice coming in a close second! | Mary Taylor - Senior Sales Adviser - Dorchester Mary grew up in Dorchester and returned to the town in 2002 after spending 3 years studying for a Politics and Philosophy degree at Manchester University. Mary began by working weekends for Direct Moves in the summer of 2004 and started as full time Sales Advisor in October of that year. Mary now boasts an outstanding record of sales results within the Dorchester market. |
Dan Beaumont - Senior Sales Adviser - Weymouth Following school, Daniel started full time employment with Halfords and quickly rose to become head of the cycle department in the Weymouth branch. He decided that his career had reached as far as it could go and sought employment elsewhere. Daniels career with Direct Moves began in early 2006 where he quickly settled in to his new role and following an excellent start, is now heading for a branch of his own! | Jo McCourt - Sales Adviser - Dorchester Jo moved to Dorset in 1995. After leaving Thomas Hardye School in 2001 Jo joined Dorset County Council and worked there for 5 years. Whilst there she studied for her Accountancy Qualification and has recently qualified as an Accounting Technician. Jo has worked for Direct Moves for over 4 years as a weekender and has always been interested in the property market. Jo has now joined the Dorchester team on a full time basis. |
Daniel Magee - Sales Adviser - Weymouth Born in Ireland and raised in Yorkshire, Daniel has travelled the globe before settiling in Weymouth. A Yorkshire 'Rugby Champion', excelling at school, Daniels warm and friendly nature lead him into the service industry, working in a busy seafront hotel for several years until becoming a salesman for a local caravan site where he enjoyed the challlenge. Enjoying the thrill of the chase, Daniels sales expertise led him to Direct Moves where he is now a competent sales adviser, ready to climb the ladder! Ben Vincent - Assistant Valuer - Weymouth Born in Dorchester and raised in Weymouth, some might say that Ben has a pure Dorset pedigree! His working life began at the tender age of 14 in a busy Weymouth restuarant. After finishing school and college, Ben joined an established local Opticians building on the skills he had gained to offer excellent customer care. Ben, appointed Assistant Valuer with Direct Moves, joined in 2007. His warm nature and confidence enables him to offer unrivalled service to our clientele Amanda Zambelli - Administrator - Weymouth Amanda moved to Dorset 10 years ago after befriending a Weymouthian during her 3-year degree at De Montfort University, Leicester. Deciding to make the most of her youth and independence she took a year out to backpack around Australia. On returning to Weymouth Amanda became a Florist for several years followed by a Letting Agent with a rival firm. Her career at Direct Moves started in 2002 when she started as a quiet administration assistant and went on to become Senior Administrator for the company. |
Jo Johnson - Sales Progressor - Weymouth Jo is Weymouth born and bred. Her first desired career path was to train as a Motor Vehicle Technician at Weymouth College and a 2-year apprenticeship at a large garage in Dorchester. She went on to have 3 beautiful daughters and worked part-time as a weekend sales negotiator with a rival firm and finally veered towards the sales progression side. After a conversation with Emma at Direct Moves, Emma asked Jo in for a chat as she was so impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism! 4 years on, Jo still very much enjoys working with Direct Moves and is now confident in all aspects of conveyancing.
Clare Fox - Administrator - Dorchester Clare joined Direct Moves in September 2003 as Administrator in the Dorchester branch, previously working for the local Dorset Echo for over 20 years. Clare has three children and they live in Charlton Down, near Dorchester. Clare works diligently within the branch and has grown to know every facet of administration that makes for total efficiency. |
